83-97 River Street Community Consultation

The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division is leading a City-initiates review for 83-97 River Street and 2-4 Labatt Avenue. This application is to amend the existing Section 37 schedule for the approved development at 83-97 River Street and 2-4 Labatt Avenue to require the provision of an EarlyON facility in the building. City Council approved a 34-storey mixed-use building comprised of ground floor retail and 388 dwelling units, including 7 rental replacement units in 2022. This meeting is solely to discuss the provision of an EarlyON centre.

This meeting is virtual.
