Add a Cross walk on southeast corner of Bleecker Street M4X 1J6

A cross walk is needed to go from the southeast corner of 21 Howard Street to the north side of the street. This is a heavily transited area by pedestrians going to the Sherbourne/Glen Road subway station. The traffic heading west on Howard Street is heavy and goes fast and the visibility is poor.
