Add Benches on the east side of Bay Street between Irwin and Charles.

My proposal is that benches be installed on the east side of Bay Street between Irwin and Charles Steet, to enable pedestrians to be able to sit when needed or desired. At the present time, there is not one bench for a person to sit on along this side of Bay Street. Residents of this area include persons who may not have the ability to walk for sustained distances and would appreciate the presence of benches on which they could take a break. Such benches are installed across the street near the UCondos development. However Bay is far too busy a street for pedestrians to cross between intersections to seek out a bench to sit on.
