Hi Connie,
I have some good news: Alexander Place is currently within the 10-year capital plan to be reconstructed in 2027. While a few years away, this will provide an opportunity to structurally fix the underlying concrete which should hopefully provide a beautiful laneway for years to come.
In the meantime, if there are potholes on this laneway that need to be filled, please contact 311. Please feel free to follow-up with my neighbourhood lead, Maria (Maria.Guardado@toronto.ca) if you require any more information or an update.

Poorly maintained lane. Residents have begged for years for improvements. Ballet School to the east and restaurant backs & bins to the west. Directly to the south is Church St School our neighbourhood school. Needs to be a much safer space for residents and students. The lane should celebrate the potential of all our youth.
