Berkeley should be made into a bike route connector

Sherbourne is no longer a good connector between Adelaide, Richmond and Shuter bike lanes. Lack of physical barriers, construction, and loiterers make this a dubious route especially at night. It is not signed either.

Since it seems unlikely that Parliament will get bike lanes any time soon, we should turn this into a connector between those east-west routes. It could be continued up to Gerrard and connect that route as well.

There would need to be some negotiation around Moss Park, but it should be possible to allow speed-limited bike access between the buildings in negotiations with TCHC. It would also provide residents there with connections to those southern and northern bike routes.
