Contraflow Bike Lane on Victoria Street

Victoria Street is a fantastic north/south corridor for cyclists who want to avoid the chaos and potholes on Yonge Street. Currently the section of Victoria Street south of Adelaide Street is one-way northbound only. This proposal is to add a contra-flow bikelane on the west side of the street between the parking and curb, shifting the parking there to separate the cars from the bikelane for safety.
