Eastern Avenue and Don Valley Ramp Conflict Zone

The off-ramp from the DVP to Eastern Avenue is a frequent conflict zone where fast moving vehicles from both roads frequently need to cross over to go to Richmond, or continue on Eastern, in a very short distance. Vehicles are often moving way too quickly here for the amount of distance to change lanes. Traffic calming measures should be put in place before this lane merger/divergence to encourage reducing speed.
