This idea is feasible, however the material and labour costs to implement it exceeds the $750,000 allocation. This idea has been resubmitted as a stand alone proposal outside of the Participatory Budgeting initiative and will require at least 60 votes to advance. Link to the proposal.

Goal:I'm not sure if this is even possible but I would like to see these funds directed to fountain operations, washroom accessibility and keeping them open.

agree. lack of public washrooms limits time one can spend outdoors and distance from home. think of our homeless neighbours too.
