Improve resident traffic pattern in the Front and Esplanade area

It presently takes a Resident of George St. S and Jenoves an average of 20 minutes to get from Parliament St.to their their residences during rush hour, which is roughly 2:30pm to 6:30 pm. In non rush hour traffic it takes about 3 minutes. This is a distance of 700 metres. The change as a result of the recent mitigation of non traffic on the Esplanade has adversly affected those living in the area. This is unacceptable. There are reasonable alternatives available for these residents and still keep the non- residential traffic at a minimum. THIS HAS TO BE ADDRESSED!
