My sincere apologies for the delay in responding to your request.
I'm not sure exactly what your request is, as Irwin Street runs one-way west towards Bay Street. There should be a pair of "no entry" signs on both sides of the road to signal to vehicles on Bay Street to not turn into Irwin Street.
If you can please clarify your request and send it to my colleague Marzio (Marzio.Silva7@toronto.ca) he can review with staff from Signs and Markings and determine if additional signage is appropriate/warranted.
Again, my sincere apologies for the delay in responding to your request.

Go to the project
Install One Way Only signs at the Bay Street and Irwin Avenue streets entrance. A sign needs to be at NORTH AND SOUTH Corners to face Bay Street traffic coming from North or south! At this time there is signage on North side only and hardly visible!

I just visited the corner of Bay and Irwin and the problem is the signs are not that visible which may be due to the height of the sign on the south corner of Bay and Irwin. The black and white just isn’t a highly visible color! The north corner the sign is competing with a banner so it becomes less obvious! My suggestion would be to lower the signs and/or make the sign color more obvious! There will be an accident on Irwin, I guarantee it!
Thank you again for your reply!
