This idea is feasible, however not through the participatory budgeting process. I have forwarded this request to the neighbourhood lead for Bay Cloverhill to convene an on-site meeting with Toronto Hydro and Transportation Services Staff.

Improve night time lighting along smaller streets and in Bay Cloverhill area laneways. Would improve pedestrian safety and enhance visibility to reduce any collisions with cyclists or vehicles.
