Literally at any BikeShare station

I've highlighted the BikeShare station on Trinity, south of Front here, but literally anywhere in the ward where there is a BikeShare station, you'll find cyclists on the sidewalk riding to and from the stations. The signs need to be displayed on the sidewalk at EVERY BikeShare station, before every station, and after every station to remind bicycle users to dismount.
