At Gerrard and Parliament there’s a branch of the Toronto Public Library. The front of the library faces Gerrard, and the back of the library faces an east-west lane way that connects Berkeley Street (parallel) to Parliament Street. I’d love to see some art on the back of the building. People walk through there to take their kids home from the nearby school, go grocery shopping, or hang out in the alley to use the wifi.
