Painted Parking on Charles St E
From "Post your proposal here for the consideration of Councillor Moise"

I’m writing to suggest something fairly simple for Charles Street East that could make a real difference.
Right now, the street feels quite wide and a bit undefined in places, and it can give drivers the impression that there’s more room to speed than there actually should be. One idea that could help is to paint and clearly mark the on-street parking spaces.
Having defined parking bays would help organize curb space more clearly, but it could also have an added benefit of making the road feel narrower and more structured. That visual cue alone often helps calm traffic and encourage lower speeds.
It’s a relatively low-cost change, but it could improve both safety and the overall feel of the street for everyone using it.
