Reduce the speed of traffic on Adelaide & Richmond

Between Parliament and Jarvis the speed of traffic outside of rush hour exceeds the 40km per hour speed limit. During rush hour, vehicles routinely block intersections and make dangerous left and right hand turns.

If the lights at Berkeley, Ontario and George St cycled through regularly, without the need to push the ‘beg button’ that would make it safer and easier for people to cross the street while slowing down traffic.
