I am proposing an off-leash fenced dog park be installed in St. James Park.
I believe an enclosed dog park would greatly benefit the community of dogs and dog owners in the area. With heavy traffic on all sides of the park, having a fenced area for dogs to be able to run and play would allow owners to not worry about potential accidents.
