Traffic Lights at Front St E and Jarvis St.

Due to large amount of traffic on both streets, vehicles are blocking the intersections both ways, with the amount of traffic blocking Front St E sometimes to the Fire Hall at Princess Street.

I suggest that: Green left turn arrows be installed for Eastbound and Westbound Traffic
The timed pedestrian signals should be changed to stop the count down to 0 at least 10 seconds before the lights turn to amber and red for vehicular traffic.
