Forum Asset Management has submitted a rezoning application for 59 storey mixed use tower with 39,142 square metres of gross floor area, including 4,321 square metres of office space, 616 square metres of retail space at grade and within the relocated morgue building, and a total of 480 residential units. A Site Plan Application (22 192721 STE 13 SA) has been submitted concurrently with the application.
