This year, there is $750,000 available for neighbourhood enhancements within Cluster 1 which includes the following neighbourhoods:

 Cluster 1 - East of Bay Street, South of Bloor Street, North of College/Carlton Street, West of Sherbourne Street

November 1, 2023 - March 21, 2024

Once all of the votes have been cast and tabulated, we will publish the results and submit a Members' Motion to City Council to release the Community Benefits Funds for each project and add them to the City's 2024 Capital Budget.

After City Council approves the budget in February 2024, the projects will be posted on this website as individual "Projects" with more details and a timeline.
