Review of Nighttime Waste Collection Schedules

The City of Toronto is reviewing its nighttime waste collection schedules, which occur between 9:00 p.m. and 6:45 a.m., to determine if a re-alignment of collection days would be beneficial for City customers and operations.

Businesses and residents at ground level, above/behind commercial buildings, or living on a street that receives nighttime collection are invited to learn more and provide feedback.

This survey will seek feedback on the current nighttime waste collection program and will take approximately five minutes to complete.

This is not a vote. Public opinion, along with operational, financial, technical and policy considerations, will be used to inform any staff recommendations.
