Proposals are submitted and promoted by residents in the community. Residents are asked to gather support for their proposal (amend a policy, initiate a project, change parking regulations, etc).
Submitted proposals have 120 days to reach the required threshold of 60 supporters in order to be considered by Councillor Wong-Tam’s Office. This metric is designed to ensure community support. Without completion of this first step, the proposal will not move forward.
